Research : Microbe / Mineral interactions in geological systems
The research projects combine a blend of field and laboratory work, integrating aqueous geochemistry, mineral surface chemistry and biofilm studies to interrogate microbe-mineral interactions at a mechanistic-level.  The team is also specialized in X-ray and Raman spectroscopy to reveal pathways of biomineralization.
